BoardSpark is the training and education arm of Growing Good Consulting, created to help nonprofit CEOs and boards learn how to govern confidently, engage consistently, and grow the organization’s impact and resources. Through workshops, learning series, and on-demand courses, BoardSpark turns overwhelmed leaders and unsure board members into a strong, aligned leadership team.
 The Empowered Boardroom: The Empowered Boardroom is a comprehensive, on-demand training program for nonprofit CEOs who want to build a confident, high-functioning board without piecing together resources on their own. Through recorded, self-paced lessons, you learn how to clarify roles, redesign meetings, activate board members as ambassadors, and create a governance structure that supports sustainable growth. |  CEO Academy: This applied training program is designed for CEOs and executive directors who feel like they are carrying the board instead of leading alongside it. |
