Meet Celeste
Celeste Carlson is the founder of Growing Good, a consulting firm dedicated to enhancing the capacity of nonprofits and social service agencies across the globe. She has been working directly on making a positive impact working with purpose-driven organizations for the past 20 years. As a nonprofit consultant, she focuses on nonprofit capacity building to allow nonprofits growth and scalability.
Her passion comes from giving back and working within organizations. She understands the difficulties that come from nonprofit work, so Celeste offers business-minded nonprofit support.
Celeste is currently empowering the Kansas City community with her husband and daughter in tow! She enjoys a great coffee shop, networking with other innovative leaders, and volunteering on her time off.
