BoardSpark exists to help nonprofit leaders build the kind of boards that make fundraising feel shared, sustainable, and mission-centered. We design tools, trainings, and experiences that give board members clear, practical ways to show up for resource development—without relying on awkward asks or charisma-driven “rainmakers.”
Our work is rooted in the belief that when governance is strong and fundraising is a true team effort, organizations are better able to attract the money, relationships, and trust they need to thrive.
We show up as a thought partner, coach, and toolkit-maker for nonprofits that want to change the story from “our board doesn’t fundraise” to “our board knows exactly how to support fundraising in ways that fit their strengths.”
