The BoardSpark Engagement & Accountability Learning Series is a multi-session training path that helps boards move from passive to proactive partners over several months. Rather than a one-time workshop, this educational series builds knowledge, habits, and shared expectations step by step.
Across 3–6 months, your board will:

Each session is designed as training and practice, not just discussion. Typical investment: $5,000–$12,000 depending on the number of sessions, size of the board, and level of customization.
