The BoardSpark Engagement & Accountability Learning Series is a multi-session training path that helps boards move from passive to proactive partners over several months. Rather than a one-time workshop, this educational series builds knowledge, habits, and shared expectations step by step.​

Across 3–6 months, your board will:

• Practice using tools such as board agreements, dashboards, and meeting formats that keep everyone focused between sessions.

Board members learn concepts, immediately apply them to your real board work, and leave with focused actions to test before the next session.
