The Kauffman FastTrac® Course with Celeste Carlson is a 12‑week, hands-on learning experience designed to help startups and entrepreneurs start strong and stay strategic. It is ideal for founders who are serious about validating their ideas, building a realistic plan, and launching with clarity instead of guesswork.
What the Course Covers
Over 12 weeks, you’ll work through five key stages of starting a business: ideate, position, commit, refine, and launch.
-
Ideate
Clarify your business idea, the problem you solve, and who you serve. You’ll explore your value proposition and begin testing whether your idea resonates with real customers. -
Position
Learn how to understand your market, identify your ideal customer, and analyze your competition so you can position your business in a way that stands out and makes sense financially. -
Commit
Move from “interesting idea” to real commitment. You’ll examine your business model, revenue streams, and key assumptions so you can decide if, when, and how to move forward. -
Refine
Use feedback, data, and your homework activities to refine your concept, pricing, messaging, and operations. This is where you sharpen your plan and address gaps before launch. -
Launch
Pull everything together into an actionable launch plan. You’ll map out next steps, timelines, and measures of success so you know exactly what to do after the course ends.
How the Course Works
Each week includes a combination of teaching, discussion, and structured homework that helps you apply the concepts directly to your own business.
-
Weekly sessions to walk through core concepts and tools.
-
Practical assignments that move your idea forward in real time—no “busy work.”
-
Space to ask questions, test assumptions, and receive guidance as you build.
By the end of the 12 weeks, you won’t just have ideas—you’ll have a grounded, realistic plan and a clearer sense of whether your venture is ready to launch and grow.
